Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

This summer, give your athlete the opportunity to train with purpose and prepare for the upcoming season under the leadership of one of the most qualified strength and conditioning coaches in the country.

The CSCS Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help athletes develop explosiveness, speed, durability, confidence, and overall athletic performance in a Christ-centered environment that challenges them to become stronger on and off the field.

Whether your athlete competes in football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track, baseball, softball, wrestling, or any other sport, this program is built to help them perform at a higher level this year.

CSCS Strength & Conditioning Coach

Led By Coach Kelli Brightwell

Coach Kelli B. brings elite-level experience, education, and passion to our athletes at CSCS.

She is a:

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS*D)

Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC*D)

Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach

USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach

Youth Exercise Specialist

National-Level Competitive Weightlifter

She has trained everyone from general population clients to professional athletes since 2013 in private, team, group, and online settings.

Taking CSCS Athletes to New Heights

Coach Kelli Brightwell

Her specialties include:

  • Youth athletic development

  • Speed mechanics

  • Olympic weightlifting

  • Nutrition

  • Performance education

Coach Kelli has taught and presented nationally and internationally, including serving as an adjunct instructor for CSU Pueblo and certifying more than 800 coaches in China while training Nike China junior track athletes.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Master’s Degree in Sports Physiology from Texas A&M University, where she also worked with Aggie Athletics Strength & Conditioning.

Most importantly, Coach Kelli’s mission is to help and love others through training and education, and we are incredibly excited for our athletes to learn from her this summer.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Program Focus

This program is intentionally designed to help athletes become more explosive, resilient, and prepared for competition.

Athletes will train in:

  • Linear and multidirectional speed skills and application

  • Joint mobility and stability

  • Full body strength and power

  • Metabolic conditioning and work capacity

Every session is built with long-term athletic development in mind to help athletes move better, get stronger, reduce injury risk, and compete with confidence.
